New iPhone, data not transferred…
iPhone upgrade, XR to 13PM, over 100 passwords did not get transferred to new iPhone… Do I have to put them all in manually?

If you are referring to Passwords stored in iCloud Keychain then please enable iCloud Keychain on your new device too. They are not transferred they are synced.
