iPhone message is going blue to green why is that

Why is my iMessage turn green When I send out texts

iPhone 13 Pro, iOS 15

When you send text messages to a non-iPhone user then the text bubble will be Green. When you send a text message to an iPhone that is registered for iMessages then the text bubble will be Blue.

Ok I understand that but the message is send to a iPhone… .. it like eve weekend this happened to the same people who have a iPhone.
