Did you use iCloud for Messages on your iPhone 6? If YES, then you can use the same Apple ID that is on your iPhone 6, on your iPhone 13 Mini and turn ON iCloud for Messages. On your iPhone 13 Mini, Open Settings ➡️ Apple ID (Your Name at Top) ➡️ iCloud ➡️ Messages: Set this to ON.

If you do not use iCloud for Messages, then do you have a 👉 Backup file of your iPhone 6 on a computer? If YES, then you can 👉 Restore your iPhone 13 Mini from that computer backup.
