Time Machine: Where is the Trash folder

I see comments here and there that one can recover files from the Trash/Bin using time machine, if you have backed up your computer before emptying Trash.

But where and how can one locate the Trash/Bin folder on the Time Machine snapshots?

Putting back items currently in trash Yesterday I moved a bunch of files to the trash. Unfortunately, I trashed some files that the OS seems to need, but I don't know which ones. So I want to put back from the Trash all the files I moved to trash yesterday. I can't run a restore from Time Mach because Time Machine restore needs one or more of the files I moved to Trash. Please help.

Does macOS Big Sur's Time Machine not back up ~/.Trash? Because I couldn't find it in the Time Machine's back ups since MacBook Pro's trash was accidently emptied. My client can't remember where the original locations before throwing the file into the trash and emptying it even after searching. Thank you for reading and hopefully answering soon. :)

Apple not helping... deleting Time Machine snapshots Having recently gotten a new Mac, I decided I didn't need all the backups in Time Machine from my previous Mac. Being a good Mac user, I dragged all the snapshots I didn't want to keep to the Trash. Silly me! It seems this won't work for deep mysterious Steve-Jobbish Apple reasons. OK, I respect that. But then, Apple... couldn't you PLEASE alert me that this won't work? Now I have a trash folder on my external hard drive that is stuck, won't work, can't be deleted. Lots of complicated ways to get rid of these, using Terminal, and scary-looking commands, pop up on the web, but that's not reassuring. I get alerts from my Mac for the darnedest reasons. Why not for this, that actually is a violation of the Mac interface ("to throw things away, put them in the Trash"), and that causes messy problems??? If anyone does know how to delete the files now stuck in Trash, I'd be grateful.

Time Machine doesn't back up the Trash. They're referring to items backed up before they were thrown away; for these, check their previous location.
