my catalina os control center wont open and needs updates how?
My control center doesn't work its saying it needs an update and to check the developer I'm not sure how to do that

Use Control Center on Mac and this Apple Feature only made its appearance in macOS 11 Big Sur.
That is unless the user has installed some Third Party Application.
In which case the update would have to come from that Developer and not Apple.
