you need to uninstall it first to be able to update your iPhone !

What do you see when you go to Settings > General > software update?

and what is the iOS version is running now?

The IOS version is: 15.4 (19E241)

When trying to update manually, the message I get is that the IOS is updated.

Go to Settings > General, and tap VPN & Device Management , do you see [ iOS Beta Software Profile] ?
