I have followed the path to turning on closed captioning on Apple TV but it doesn't display the program text.. settings - accessibility - sub titles- captioning - and click "on". Does anyone have a solution?

All Applications on AppleTV do not provide subtitle even though you have Closed Captioning and SDH turned on. Which app are you using when you try to turn on subtitles?
