Phone calls from non-contacts are not ringing, but going directly to voicemail. My “Silence Unknown Callers” is turned off. These direct to vm calls are not showing in recent or missed calls. I would like all my phone calls to display and ring. What am I missing?

If they are not showing in recent or missed calls, they may be being blocked by your cellular carrier.
Either that or for some reason you did not have a cell signal when the calls came in.
