My phone will not turn on at all, it’s a completely black screen and I’ve tried charging it but so far nothings changed, what do I do?
If your device won't power on or charge, take your device, charging cable, and charging adapter to an Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider for evaluation. You can also contact Apple Support.
