How can I reinstall IOS on my old MacBook 11 when I already deleted everything and all I get is a flashing? or a box with Restore from time machine, Reinstall macOS, Get helpline, and DiskUtility. and nothing works. Did I mess up?

Mount the Drive:

Boot into Recovery Mode (Intel or Silicon) . Then, using Disk Utility, see if the Hard Drive or installer are seen. If so, then see if you need to click the “Mount’ button for them. Try rebooting once more. If of no success, then click unmount button, and then the mount button. Try rebooting once more.
