I have a new Mac mini M1 running 12.3.1. I have a third party email for my business. I cannot get it to work in Mac Mail or Outlook for Mac. It does work on iPhone, iPad and older Mac mini in outlook for Mac running os 12.2 but not Mac mail. I think it is a corrupted file or my company's security software is interacting poorly with my Mac. Any suggestions?
Sorry folks. Just heard from my company that their email does not work with Apple apps for security reasons. Lucky I have Windows machine. Seems a little dystopian to me. Weren't computers supposed to help us not get in our way? More and more computers are the problem not the help.
