Why cant I download the update? Says storage is full

says my storage is too full and I deleted half the apps on my phone 127mb/128 mb

You will need free up about 6GB - 8GB of storage to download and install the update. Media files take up the most space. You may try recovering space by deleting Videos, Music and Photos to start. Then move on to apps and app data.
