Screen Dimming
I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max and the screen keeps dimming randomly. I’ve turned True Tone and auto brightness off. The screen goes so dark it’s really frustrating!
Grateful for any suggestions.

Tried everything to change this constant dimming, including a force restart; also, I do not have a screen protector. Has anyone contacted Apple to see what else there is to do about this?
