15.4.1 Update Caused iPhone XS Max to crash

Does anyone know what iTunes error code 4045 is? Today tried updating my XS Max to 15.4.1 and phone crashed. Won't start, hard reboot, or restore through iTunes. The only way I can get iTunes to even recognize phone is by placing it in DFU. Then attempt Restore and Update but fails and states "Unknown error code (4045)." I have tried all the troubleshooting methods provided by Apple Online. Thank you!
