Make a MacBook entirely indépendant of my other devices
I wish to setup a new apple device entirely independant of all my other devices. Is the best way to get a new Apple ID. Or is there another way?

System Preferences > Apple ID > Overview. Click Sign Out if you're signed in. Then click "Sign In", and key a new, unique, Apple ID.
