Iphone email address

My iphone is sending mail from an email address I do not use via me.com I saw a post from someone saying that I need to go to iCloud.com>preferences>Accounts>Composing>send from. However, when I go to iCloud.com I cannot find preferences or any of the other recommended menus. Help please
