I reported to police station.but i want to open a case agaisnt APPLE in Pakistan.we spend money due to tight security of APPLE butt i found that we spoil our money time hopes everything because my my phon was reset by someone

Good luck with that. If you activated Find My iPhone and you did not remove this after it was stolen the person who stole it will run into Activation Lock and will never be able to use it.
