sleep and screensaver

I am using the last macOS 12.3 Monterey and have strange behaviors

once the Mac goes to sleep, via finder or screensaver, all apps are shutting down and over the night, a longer time period, the Mac itself shuts down

is this a setting issue or a software glitch?

Mac mini 2018 or later

First check System Preferences > Energy Saver > Schedule to make sure nothing is enabled.
