Why won’t my photos and videos save on icloud that I bought and only save on my actual phones storage ?And it says that I have no storage even though I bought 200GB of iCloud

Verify your storage
Device (Settings > General > iPhone storage)
iCloud (Settings > Apple ID > iCloud)
