The iPhone 6 Plus is not compatible with iOS 13 or higher.

You buy a newer iPhone model is the only way.

FYI: iOS 13 is closed and is not available for anyone anymore.

If you have a compatible iPhone then you can download iOS 15.4 at the moment.
