External bluetooth Magic Keyboard typing two letters at once

Hi Everyone!

My external Magic Keyboard (MK) (mod 2016), connected by bluetooth to my MacBookAir (mod 2015) is typing together all the letters of the first and second row from the bottom of the QWERTY keyboard display:

az sx dc fv gb etc

The keyboard of the MacBook from which I am writing works perfectly.

Already cleaned the external MK.

Already removed it from the bluetooth list.

Already slowed down the speed in the keyboard options in preferences.

Already re-started in safe mode the Mac although I thought that as a non-winning strategy since the beginning?

iShop? or Anyone has got some experience with this kind of troubles and is willing to help?

Thank you in advance!

Andrea
