I Keep getting a Charge for a subscription that I don't know what it is and it's from Apple. it's not letting me pay for my storage what should I do?

I keep getting a charge for $10.65 but I dont see anything under my subscription for that amount of money only .99 for storage and im trying to pay that but I can't so what should I do.
