I lost my watch so I locked it and then I got a new phone because mine broke and now it won’t let me set my watch to my new phone

I lost my Apple Watch so I locked it but then I broke my phone so I had to get a new one and now my Apple Watch is still locked to my old phone how do I get it unlocked

From a web browser,sign in to iCloud.com with your Apple ID.

Go to Find iPhone.

Click All Devices at the top of the screen.

Click your Apple Watch.

Click Erase [device]. Select Next until the device is erased.

Click Remove from Account.
