Why is my iPhone saying no service when I have a SIM card in it ??

My iPhone is showing no service ,while there’s a SIM card in it .and it also can’t video call and voice note in my WhatsApp, iPhone 6

If you see No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

Just because you inserted a SIM card in your iPhone, does not mean that it was activated with a cellular provider that provided the card. You will need to contact them for further assistance in this matter.
