MacBook Pro 2016 Flexgate issue

Hi,

I purchased this MacBook pro 13 inches with 2 thunderbolts 3 ports in 2016 and the Flexgate problem appeared recently but it seems that apple repair program has already ended for me. Is there a chance that once I pay for my Mac to be fixed today, apple will refund me sometime later?
