ios not updating
I've been trying to install update on my iphone 11 but it's not installing please help

What do you mean by that?
The update process takes time, you should be patient.
Update requested, prepare, prepare update (this takes the most time), Update downloaded -> tap install now, check update,
( 2 times) The screen goes black for a moment, then a white apple appears.
iOS is installed & then configured.
Updating here takes approximately 30 minutes.
