I broke my old iPhone like 10 months ago and I just got a new one. Until I came across my old Apple Watch and asked myself why . Problem is I have none of the devices or remember any of the email addresses or passwords what can I do?

If you can't remember/gain access to the apple id that paired the watch to the phone.Take the watch and it's receipt with the serial number along with some photo id and any other proof of ownership to an Apple Store and request that they remove the Activation Lock for you.
