when i call someone and hang up, the hang up screen stays there, and if i turn my phone off and turn it back on it pops up, how do i make my phone return to normal? Is this a problem with the new iOS?

Thank you for your help, however I could not fix the problem I was having.
Is there anyone else that could provide help with my problem?
When I call someone, when I press the hang up button on my phone 11 it hangs up, however the hang up screen stays this screen will not go away, I can navigate off of this screen however it is annoying as every time I turn my phone on this screen with pop up, and I have to swipe up twice to get rid of it.
How do I completely get rid of this screen?
