Copy iPhone backup from iCloud to PC/MAC

Hello,

I have an Iphone backup ~22gb on my iCloud. I would like to transfer this backup to a pc or a mac then delete the backup from iCloud.

This is an backup of an old iPhone, no longer needed, but I would like not to delete it.

Is there a way to copy/download a backup from iCloud?

Searching the web only resulted in some sketchy 3rd party apps.
