I recently got a new iPhone 12 and I was wondering how I should charge it in order to keep the battery from going bad? Like what percentage should I not let it reach or what should I charge it to?
And is it safe to use an older charging block (5W) instead of the new one, so that there is less charging strain on the battery so it doesn’t ruin the battery life?

Hello again ~ It will not damage the battery but you will be better off to use a newer 20W charger. The 5W offers no benefit.
