I have a small amount of store credit on my account and now want to change payment methods. I can’t use my store credit as the amount is too small and I’m willing to lose the money credit.
how do I now change my country and payment method?
Buy something more expensive than your balance and use a different payment method for the excess amount; if you can't do this, ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.
