FaceTime on MacBook

Hello, my MacBook will not allow me to access my FaceTime is keeps telling me that their is something wrong with my email appleid email. Would you be able to help with this?

I can not log into Facetime on my Macbook air Whenever I try to log in, it says there is no reachable addresses and they tell me to sign in to appleid.apple.com to add one. I have logged into my account and added an additional email. I then tried logging in using that email and my apple ID email again, yet they still both didn't work and told me the same prompt. I logged out of Facetime on my phone and could log in using my apple ID without any issues, it just my laptop bringing me the prompt.
