how do I download Quicktime for my iMac running Monterey version. I just upgraded to Monterey and I can't play Quick time movies

QuickTime Player 10.5 is integral part of macOS Monterey.
You can’t install other (prior) versions simultaneously.
QuickTime Player is not available as a standalone download.
If your QuickTime movies use legacy codecs, then you may need to convert the movie files [1] or use different player software [2].
