All my saved sarari passwords have suddenly disappeared. I did not have them stored in iCloud. Is there any way to retrieve them from a Time Machine backup or anywhere else in the system?

Nor sure where else.
Just verifies my Mac Mini M1 Monterey 12.2.1 but my Safari and Keychain in iCloud is enabled.
Looked in Keychain and not there.
Is there a Recent Time Machine Backup that dates Pre-Missing Safari Passwords ?
I have a Feb. 19 Time Machine backup that presumably has all my passwords. Applecare tells me I will have to restore the entire contents of my MacMini to get my passwords back, cannot just reimport the passwords alone from time machine which seems like a very cumbersome way to do it. I also have many of these passwords in my iPhone and a backup of my iPhone in my MacMini, but don't really know how to get at them.
Is one saying the password are gone from the iPhone too ?

No, the passwords that were in my phone are still there. I just don't know how to transfer them to the MacMini
