No Airplay Receiver option in sharing iMac M1 running Big Sur

I'd like to airplay content (specifically Apple fitness workout videos) from my iPhone XS to my iMac M1 (running Big Sur 11.4) but cannot find the Airplay Receiver option which is supposed to be under Sharing in System Preferences.

Does the new iMac not support this feature???
