How can I tell what programs currently installed on Mac OS Big Sur version 11.6.4 will still be able to operate with the update to Mac OS Monterey?

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 11.6

All Apple apps will be replaced with Monterey "versions".

For the non Apple apps you have to research each developer to determine Monterey compatibility.

Both systems require 64 bit apps. Any app that works with Big Sur will work with Monterey.
