Can’t change airpods settings

Hi,i have some airpods gen 2 and i have a problem since i installed ios 15. When i try to change “Connect to this iphone” setting from when last connected to automatically for my phone, it won t set.

When i exit it just won t save and remain to this.

I have the last ios version.

I have a iphone 8 plus.

Troubleshooting AirPod Settings:

A. Report this to Apple:

Do your part: Let Apple know what is going on here. Provide them with feedback on this. They may not get back to you directly, but the more feedback they received on this, the more they will know what is going on, and what needs to be fixed in updates to come.

Go Here: Feedback - iPhone - Apple
Comment: that this began after installing the latest update, and provide them with a link to this post's URL: Can’t change airpods settings - Apple Community
Select: "Bug Report" for the "Feedback Type"
Proceed from there aw necessary

B. Charge you Battery:

Note that on the top-right corner of your screen that the battery needs yo be charged:

C. Restart a couple of times.
