Hello guys. I sold a device last 2017. The problem is that my son's iCloud account was logged into the device. He's 11 years old and there's no way I can reset his iCloud account. How can I remove the person indicated in my family sharing account?

To remove a device, sign in to the find my app or icloud.com then find my, choose that device and click remove from account,

Thanks. But I no longer have access to the iCloud account logged into the device. It's asking me for a password. Also the mobile number associated with the iCloud device is no longer existing as it's been 7 years. Is there any other way to remove this? Thank you.
