Facetime/ phone full screen picture

In the past i had full screen pictures of the called when people call on my phone/FaceTime but that doesn’t happen anymore, how can i fix it?

iPhone 11, iOS 15

Settings > Phone > Incoming Calls = “Full Screen”

Settings > FaceTime > Incoming Calls = “Full Screen”

Force restart the iPhone as follows:

Be certain you’ve set Full Screen fro both Phone and FaceTime.

I tried doing that but didn’t work. Still the picture of the caller is super small next to the name and blank screen. any idea why?
