I am running 15.3.1 on an iPhone and "On My iPhone" contacts are not being listed when I go to contacts and try to select them as the default account. My profile pics associated with my contacts and names associated with some numbers have also disappeared. Any advice?
When you open Contacts, tap in the upper left corner to ensure you are seeing All Groups selected.

There is no option to select iPhone contact there. Only my account contacts are listed.
