Health App sharing not working

My friend and I started sharing our health app data with each other, and they can see my data fine, but when I click on their profile in the sharing menu it just says "Setting Up Sharing" with a loading icon next to it, and it never goes away. I've tried restarting my phone multiple times and it still displays that text. Not sure what else to do fix it.

Yes we already sent each other invites and accepted them, they can view my data but I can't view theirs now even though we both accepted it. Mine is just stuck with the "Setting up Sharing" text and it won't go away. I attached a picture of what I mean
