Order on hold

I ordered an iphone but it didn’t end up getting delivered to me. They sent me an email saying they’ll send me a new one but also that they’re gonna refund my purchase. Now it says my replacement phone is on hold. Why is it on hold?

Replacement phone not received, how can I contact apple through chat since I don't have a phone I was supposed to get my replacement phone (iPhone 11) on Saturday the 11th but I have not received anything yet at all, and I thought the 610 dollars were going to be refunded back to me after I had sent my old phone, but I have not sent it because I have not received my new phone at all so I don’t understand why the 610 was lifted off my account. I bought an iphone 11 I bought an iphone 11 on the on the 8th of july and it was supposed to be delivered on the 9th I traveled over seas on the 10th so I received an email saying the shipment will be delivered on the 10th so i called apple to tell them that i will not be home so no one will receive the phone amd I cancelled it but they never sent me money back and no one received the phone

Iphone remplacent I recently bought an iPhone 13 of 128gb, it was delayed 1 day of delivery but everything was fine, then the same day the iPhone I bought arrives and another iPhone of "replacement" also arrived, but I never ordered one and I don't know what to do
