I have an iPhone 11 and is running the current updates, etc.
Lately, when I click the button on the right side to put it to sleep and then place it in my purse, it will zoom out to the max, all on its own, and freezes. I have to do a hard reset every time.
Any ideas on why this is happening and/ or ways to prevent this? Thanks.

Try DOUBLE tap with THREE fingers on the screen
If it zooms back out then turn off Zoom in Settings, Accessibility.
Also make sure you have no Back Tap actions set up in
Settings, Accessibility, Touch.

Thanks so much. I turned off zoom in the settings so now it doesn’t zoom with the 3 finger double tap. And I didn’t have the Back Tap turned on. So, I assume, that will prevent the issue I was having. I really appreciate it!
