Garageband keeps getting stuck on the loading screen and says "updating Audio Unit plug-in's". I've tried everything from deleting all my plug-in's to reinstalling the app and clearing the AudioUnitCache. Any other ideas?

It seems to work when I log on in safe mode and when I log in on a guest user, and I tried turning AU Plug-ins off while in safe mode but it seems to do the same thing when I try on my normal user
Nevermind! I tried opening it on a guest user and this time it asked me to download some type of license? After downloading it opened as normal. Then when I logged in on my normal user it worked!
