Garageband 10.4.5 Stuck on Loading Screen

Garageband keeps getting stuck on the loading screen and says "updating Audio Unit plug-in's". I've tried everything from deleting all my plug-in's to reinstalling the app and clearing the AudioUnitCache. Any other ideas?

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 12.2
