Hi I updated my iPhone 7 Plus 4 days ago and now I keep getting these pop up messages stating that my network provider may charge for sms messages to activate FaceTime and I message. I’ve logged out of my iCloud and logged back in, turned my iMessages and FaceTime on and off and and I still keep getting theses messages constantly. I thought if I kept both FaceTime and I messages off it would stop but no a whole new pop up message would occur about icloud.
Once again:

Or you switch to a supported mobile carrier.
So turn Off FaceTime and iMessage.
Click Cancel or OK, then change carrier.

That is what I have been doing and it still reappears in either 5-15 minutes. Even if I am not on my phone when I unlock it I would have to click cancel or ok on about 30 of them depending on the length of time I was not active. Hence why it’s getting kind of frustrating.
