So my AirPods are charged fully when I plug it in but once I disconnected the charger it just doesn’t want to work. I have to PLUG it in for the case to light up and actually work even though it says it’s still 100, 80, etc percent left. I thought of buying a new case but came here first any solutions?

Don't go by the light on the charging case. When you plug in the AirPods case to charge, the light comes on for a few seconds, and then goes off, but the case is still charging. Also see:

I meant from when the AirPods are fully charged on the charger and once I disconnected them from the charger it’s just dead. The case doesn’t appear on Bluetooth and won’t charge the AirPods.
