proof of usage and purchase
Hi there,
I do require a proof of purchase and usage for my insurance company - unfortunately my phone was stolen.
Could you advise?

If you bought the phone from Apple.com less that 18 months ago log in to apple.com and the receipt will be available. If you bought it from a store you should have saved the receipt; if you didn’t, ask the store. For usage your mobile network provider should have an 18 month history of your usage by logging in to their customer support site.
