I lost iphone and have "find my phon" on icloud but it tells me it is offline and cannot locate. Any way I can find it?

The thing is that your lost iPhone is not able to connect to the internet to report its location. The battery is probably dead by now. You may have also discontinued cell service on it. The bottom line is that if it cannot get online, then it will not be able to report its location. The only option left at this point to find it, is to look for it physically if possible.
