I've noticed that activity monitor doesn't show all cpu usage especially at start. it's been going on for few months and I was hoping it will get solve with the last update, but unfortunately nothing changed.

You are correct but as per the supplies Picture Above Activity Monitor >> My Processes is being used.
To See ALL Processes on this computer Activity Monitor >> View >> View ALL Processes

Thanks for pointing it out. I've never had to change it before. I assume at some point apple has changed it.
It's just a different view, nothing has changed.
