I accidentally deleted the app Stor off of my iPad how can I get it back on there..?

There's no way to delete the App Store app. Check better if you have accidentally moved it to a different screen page, or into a folder.
If you still can't find its icon, please check:
Settings>ScreenTime>Content&Privacy Restrictions>Itunes&AppStore Purchases>... the first 3 options must be set to "Allow". When done, restart your iPad.
